Clean, great location, comfy beds !

Communication is horrible, they sent me email in Japanese. I book 3 nights and only used 2 coz I missed one night. They moved my luggage and things out of the bed where I stayed in the 1st night without telling me and move me to mixed room. I specifically asked the lady that checked me in the day before that I want female room and said yes , so I was mad when I found out they moved me none the less with out telling me. Don’t use this hostel not worth it.

비행기 딜레이 때문에 체크인 시간이 많이 지나버렸는데, 받아주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 3박동안 정말 잘 쉬고 가요! 안락하고, 모든 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있었어요! 매일 매일 청소해주시는 덕분에 청결하게 잘 사용했구요! 매일 아침 힘차게 인사해주시는 덕분에 여행길이 더 즐거웠습니다 ㅎㅎ 다음에도 무조건! 전 여기요! (체크인 시간 안으로 갈게요 죄송했어요.....)

샤워용품, 드라이어 다 있구요 9-11시에 샤워하는게 사람이 적어 좋습니당 욕조가 있어요! 반신욕도 가?능!

I’ve stayed for only a night as I couldn’t find another accommodation. Over all, it’s pricey and one of the most annoying things is that the facilities such as toilet and shower aren’t accessible between 11 and 2 pm due to cleaning procedures. I understand that but I would have appreciated a little more flexibility or a cheaper price. Also, the checkout is a hour earlier than any other hostel I have been. This said, the welcoming procedure was great, the staff are nice and the facilities and rooms are clean, which surprisingly, was not a standard during my stay in Kyoto.
