26.04.03Overall pleasant stay. However, for the price we paid and what we expect of a kempinski, this hotel felt a little older than usual.

26.01.12I was attended by Leo in check-in. There is some understanding gap on my side for the room type, but Leo is patient to support my request one after another and finally I can get interconnect rooms with interconnect doors for my family. Thank you for making it a great stay for us.

25.12.23This hotel seem like old hotel..but all is ok, nice. How i am surprise when i can early check in at 12.00 ..thanks Kempinski CQ. All facilities are ok. Food is ok but its taste autentic chinese CQ. Service is nice.
For foreign peoples that don't know chinesse, its a bit problem bcs only a few staff can understand english. But yes, its China ...
