23.03.02Clean Hotel and a great location. Train station up to Zermatt was just opposite the hotel. There is also a supermarket just next to the property. Receptionist was also very friendly. Just be aware that the basement carpark has tight corners so just drive slowly out of it (keep to the right) Other than that it is a good hotel and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

23.06.09 일단 태쉬역 바로 앞에 있어서 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 해당 호텔에서 좀 금액대가 있는 마운틴뷰 방을 예약해서 테라스 뷰도 정말 좋았구요.
다만, 매니저분이 너무 자리를 자주 비워서 뭘 물어보기가 쉽지 않았고 방에 있는 전화로 데스크 연결을 여러번 시도했지만 무용지물이었습니다. 아침이나 저녁시간 단 한번도 전화를 받지 않더라구요 (그럴거면 전화를 왜 두는지)
그리고..한 여름이라면 상관없을 것 같은데 방 온도를 21도로 유지를 해놓은 상태에서 온도조절계를 잠궈놓았습니다. 마테호른쪽에 갔다가 귀가했는데 너무 추워서 문의를 해보니 중앙에서 잠궈놓은거라 본인이 해줄 수 있는게 없다더군요. 결국 가지고 온 핫팩을 안고 잤습니다. 고된 일정 소화 후 어느 정도 온기가 있는 방으로 귀가하고 싶으신 분들은 해당 호텔은 비추합니다.
조식은 만족했고, 무뚝뚝하기 그지없는 데스크 매니저에 반해 조식쪽 스태프들은 웃는 얼굴로 인사해줘서 기분이 좋았습니다.
23.04.13 Women manger is so polite and kind with service minded. Our room was't clean properly. She offered drinks for us but we want to get them next day.
Man manager ( wear glasses) - impolite and bad manner. I talked to him about what women manager offered to us. He doesn't care and not give us any drinks because it was the offer for yesterday not today.
I would not recommend this hotel if men manager is on charge. He will not help you as much as he could
