24.05.16Booked and paid for through Agoda app with a credit card and upon checking in they wanted $50 cash which I did get back when I checked out. Just thought that was strange it never happened to me before.
That’s why I gave 3 star for staff other than that they were very friendly.

24.09.01I drove 10 Hours to get to this hotel for an event in Vancouver' When booking and talking to hotel staff I informed them I would not be getting in until about 3 in the morning, Once I got there to check in I was told I had to wait an hour to check in because he wanted to go back to sleep.. like umm no ... he only checked me in because he heard my other half tallking about oh no, now we are getting a refund and our room comped if we have to wait an hour to check in..
