booked 4 rooms month's before arriving. upon checking in , a lady receptionist told me that this hotel has numerous problem with the rooms and advised us to changed to another hotel which i do not agreed. . we do not encounter any problems after 5 nights stay. Here i do not understand why the reception advised us to changed hotel ?

같이 이용한 멤버들도 서비스나 위치적으로 아주 만족했고, 밤늦게 들어와서 도움을 요청한적이 여러번있는데 웃으면서 응대해주시고, 많은 도움을 받았습니다. 총괄 매니저님, 랍, 저녁에 카운터보는 직원분 성함은 못들었지만 지내는동안 많은 편의를 봐줘서 고마웠어요. 11월에 또 출장갔을때 이용할 예정입니다. 방은 조금 노후됐지만 서비스에 너무나 만족해서 가성비며 서비스며.. 이곳보다 더 좋은곳을 찾긴 어려울거같네요^^

When we got there, was suddenly told the hotel was under renovation and that we had to be transferred to another hotel presumably of the same group of hotels but not in the same district. We came after an evening flight so you could imagine our horror to learn our accommodation was not secured. Because the person in the hotel (not even a receptionist) couldn't speak good English, we ended up not accepting the terms of being transferred to another hotel and had to frantically look for alternatives.

The breakfast breads had critters all around them. People didn't seem to mind. I found it disgusting. It is what it is. Different tolerances for sanitation. I won't be staying here again. You can decide for yourself.

This hotel was closed apparently. The hotel did not inform us ahead of time. When we arrived in the hotel they gave us a new hotel which stinks and too much noise. Me and my family did not sleep for the night. The following morning they sent us to another hotel again. New star inn botique hotel and our room smells cigarrete. If you do not want any hassle you should avoid this hotel. Chose wisely as this hotel will scam you. The photo is just there to lure you to book here.
