할인금액으로 잡고 현장가니 방없데요. 그러더니 어디 뒷동산 다른호텔내줌.. 나갈때 되니 추가요금 50만동 받아감. 🤣... 다들 당해봐야 알지.. ㅋㅋㅋ

Wben i booked my booking, i made a call to make sure my rooms were available and the receptionist confirmed it with me. When we arrived they said the rooms was double booked and transfer us to another hotel nearby with same quality and prices!! That hotel was under construction and dirty and nowhere near 2mil we had to pay. I called several times to ask for manager but the reception kept refusing to transfer and hang up the call!!!! very rude

This hotel has a lot of positives—great location, wonderful service, and modern amenities. The room was spacious, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

I will be deleting my agoda app. Horrible . Misleading information and truth in many ways. Will be booking straight at the source from here on in. I love travelling in many ways, but dealing with the Agoda app and their partners has been the low point of my travels. But the future of travel is greater. There are plenty of hotels that would gladly deal directly with there customers.

Despite all the bad reviews, I would still recommend this hotel for Malaysians as it is located near Malaysia Street. My room had a view of Ben Tanh Market, so I would say it is conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we requested luggage storage. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers.
