Hanoi Rose Hotel

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi and honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! The location is absolutely perfect—so convenient and easy to get around, which made exploring the city incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The service was truly outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. A really thoughtful touch was that they upgraded our room after noticing we were traveling with a baby—it made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Breakfast was another highlight! There were plenty of delicious options, all unlimited, and everything we tried was fresh and satisfying. What really stood out for us was the honesty of the place. We had read a lot of reviews for other hotels in Hanoi saying that the rooms often didn’t look anything like the photos, so we were a bit cautious going in. But this hotel was completely different—in the best way. The room looked exactly like the pictures, if not even better in person. That level of accuracy and transparency really impressed us and made us feel confident and comfortable right away. The only small suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours. It currently ends at 9:30, and if it could go until 10:30 or even 11, it would be perfect for guests who like a slower morning. Overall, the hotel was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. We were genuinely impressed from start to finish and left so happy with our stay. We would absolutely come back again without hesitation!

I stayed three nights in this hotel, it provided me so much conveniences for the famous restaurants, sightseeing places, massages, night market etc. only second day from 8am , very loud construction noises bothered my sleep and it was continued till late (5pm , Till I came back to change) I don’t know if this construction noises were temporally or there was something has to work like this everyday ( since I saw other review regarding the noises) but anyway , most of people and myself were not staying the hotel whole day ( for your) so it was fine. The breakfast was also fine, the atmosphere was like a local restaurant, the foods were nice and the staffs were polite and asked me if I needed more . Housekeeping was also satisfied , I had good time !

This is a good hotel who is looking for budget travelers

Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

I dont know why this hotel is not popular! The staff are amazing, the rooms were worth your money! Very cold ac. With elevator. Rooms are freshly renovated. Location is close to everything!
