Two things I noticed about this hotel is the feeling that it aims to serve the community by giving people somewhere welcoming to stay on their travels. It was also clean and had been refurbished inside. There's a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave and laundry facilities available for a fee.

When booking we specifically looked up accommodation that had free airport transfers. On Agoda this is what it stated but upon arrival we where told only if we stayed 2 night so where charged *** . Also no lift or help to carry bags up and down steps .

Didn't book room till around 9:30pm, when we arrived it was around 10pm. Thought we would have trouble trying to get in, back the receptionist has been waiting for us. She was very kind and considerate. The room we recieved was close by, clean and had all the amenties we needed. 10am check was great/ Really appreciated the reception we recieved.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom and reliable hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The location is convenient, offering pleasant views. Staff interactions were average, and while the value felt a bit mixed, the housekeeping was thorough and appreciated.
