26.02.09My friend accidentally left a travel card in the pocket of Tanzen coat provided by hotel. Their staff helped us to find it out. Although we had already back to our country, they still tried their best to help us & finally we got it back.

25.12.18Hotel room is very lovely and feel romantic. Nice set up of separate sitting and bed room. Very close to Onsen and Arima Onsen ropeway station. The staff is also very cooperative. We enjoyed staying there.
