This place is clean and the staff are very friendly. I stayed four nights — Raj was very helpful and always available when I needed bottled water. The room was comfortable; the sheets and towels were spotless. The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated but clean. Rates were reasonable. I would stay here again when I travel to Madison.

So the room I actually booked was non existent. It stated it came with a whirl pool and breakfast as well a Public whirlpool. And had nothing but a rude employees. With “guest hours”. 11-6 ? And the room couldn’t have been any more dirty. From the warped flooring to dusty dirty underneath the vanity and the room looking as if it was straight out of a horror show. I won’t be returning.

Bad place. They have good cheap rooms. Yes I will admit that. But once you get there they ask for a security deposit or whatever and they won't give you your money back. They don't care what other third party you go to. I will not recommend this place. Do not stay here

Take our advice and DO NOT stay here. This place is a dump. Old run down, dated 20 year old TVs, worn, thin bedding, no blanket. Literally five CCs of shampoo and conditioner. Anyone walking above created squeaks and rattles in the ceilings and walls. Agoda should drop this property for good it's so bad. The advertised "included breakfast" was a total scam and was only a cheap coffee pot in the lobby. Horrible experience -- like sleeping in an old ash tray.
