26.01.25Very reasonable services for fees except lack of some safety procedures concerned with swimming pool, basin and repeated breakfast menu. All in all, we could made our days of staycation in Chiang Mai
26.01.18 This hotel is well worth considering if you appreciate old style hotels. The reception area is decorated with wooden murels and statues.
The hotel comes with two buildings the old original and a new more more recent building. We stayed in the old building.
The room facilities are all old but are well maintained. Breakfast is standard for hotels 15 years ago.
26.01.02 All front office staff over 60 years old .dont speak english and have hearing problem as well .we stayed 4 nights and had same boriy bfast for everyday .Myanmar staff working and very poor in hygiene and communication .only good for room only one night
25.12.31 The hotel receptionist accused me of destroying the hair dryer that the previous guest did and claim the money from me. I explained to her that I did not do it and it was their staff (cleaner’s) mistake that she did not do after checkout thoroughly. She did not accept my explanation and I had to pay the money for the broken dryer that the previous guest did.
I paid for the damaged hair dryer which I didn't do
25.11.12 We definitely loved our stay in Phucome hotel, it was nice, clean and accessible. The food is great too! If I will go back to Chiang Mai, I will definitely book here again. Thank you!!!
