The owner was very nice and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Everything was good overall. However, please note that there is no lift/elevator from the ground floor to the 1st floor and above, which can be difficult if you have young children, a stroller, or heavy luggage. Otherwise others are perfect

We arrive early after 24 hours of flight from Malaysia, contacted the staff through WhatsApp, since there was vacancy we were allowed to check in super early. The facility cozy we can sleep very well. The kitchen perfect and complete with fridge, microwave, oven, stove and washing machine. They provide us also drying rack to dry our clothes. The place just in front of Entenca Valencia bus station, the metro just few steps away, even the convenience store just on the next block. Some very minor issue with electricity which easily fixable by easily contactable staff. Check in and check out was very seamlessly done online. Wifi worked very well. Thank you for making my family trip memorable.
