Hostal Paraíso

Recommended for savvy travellers. Nice, fairly clean place with friendly staff at reception with 24/7 availability. The private twin room wasn’t huge but okay for a short stay. The location is good, a short walk to Parallel, San Antoni or Poble Sec metro stations, good links to most of the main sites. We liked the local area as it is colourful and lively, with more modestly priced food options but certain nearby streets may feel a little intimidating late at night.
