Stuck in a traffic jam from Ringlet to Tanah Rata. Felt sleepy, it's best to get some rest in a cozy hotel @ Tanah Rata.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Housekeeping entered my room and cleaned it without my request or permission. They also moved several of my personal belongings, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about my privacy. The front desk staff were not helpful at all. On the second night, my room key card was suddenly blocked and I could not access my room. I had to go down to the reception counter multiple times before the issue was finally resolved. The entire process took more than one hour, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. I made my booking well in advance and even contacted customer service beforehand to request a better room with a nice view. However, I was assigned a room that was located very far away, had poor Wi-Fi connectivity, and offered a disappointing view. It was clear that my request was completely ignored. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. As a returning guest, I expected much better service and attention to customer requests. I expected a much better experience.The hotel management should improve both staff professionalism and guest service to prevent similar issues from happening again!!!!
