26.05.28The family room has four beds so it was perfect for our family of four. Still small wherein we had no space to walk when the suitcases are on the floor, but this was not a problem for us. We had a view of the Tokyo Skytree on one side and the hospital on the other side. The location was really good, very easy to get to and from Narita Airport via the Skyliner. Ueno station is also a few minutes' walk. The Family Mart beside the hotel is very convenient as well. No problem asking the staff to keep suitcases after check out. This is our second time staying here and will stay here again in our future trips to Tokyo.

26.05.20 its a great hotel. strategically located and a few stations from tokyo station via JR / subway. walking distance to ueno station as well. around 25 minutes to the tokyo city air terminal. staff are very accommodating, hospitable and very friendly. great hotel.
