25.04.11very good for children
25.02.28Nice hotel friendly helpful staff enjoyable stay
25.02.08Staff were helpful though and tried their best. The Cups laundry was great and nice to get a beer but really would have been better if they opened at 9am rather than midday. My mine gripe was a room facing a construction site for 6 days. It would have been okay if room rate was reduced. Too far out from Fisherman's Village for walking as a solo traveller. I will not return.
25.02.08We booked a Delux Triple Room by the pool. We were shown to a top floor twin overlooking nothing! The twin beds were awful. One mattress overhung the base & the other was a 3 foot mattress on a 3'6" base! I went down to complain at the cafe & was told that was the only room they had left. They did move us to a room by the pool the next day but the condition of the room was awful. There is no reception by the way. You check into the Cup Cafe but that doesn't open till mid day. There is no daily cleaning. The wall paper was all ripped. The shower door wouldn't close & the door into the apartment was a struggle to open. It kept catching the floor & sticking. Needs complete overall & to be ran properly. There's a huge reception area but clearly no staff to run it!
25.02.06Unfortunately, we can't really recommend this place. Too many negative things about it... The location is quite isolated from everything and on this particular day, they didn't have any available motorbike for rent. We've booked a king size bed and we've got two single beds. Wi-Fi not working in the bedroom. Overall, the place looks a bit abandoned and even the staff don't look very motivated. However, there are some positive aspects. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, the location is quiet and the price was ok, given it was high season.
