Good vibes

The room was very disappointing and different from the picture. It wasn’t clean at all — the bed sheets looked like they weren’t changed or washed properly and even had visible stains. The walls and ceiling had molds, which is very concerning, especially because we have children and I’m pregnant. It’s really bad for our health. Our room had a window, but when we opened it, it was connected to another room that looked like an electrical room. It didn’t feel safe or private. The bathroom also had a strong, unpleasant odor that wouldn’t go away no matter what we did. On the positive side, the receptionists were nice and accommodating, and the location is convenient — about 6–7 minutes away from the MRT, which made it easy to get around. Overall, the stay still felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids or pregnant travelers.
