This is a good deal and location, quite at night the room was great and the owners were nice.

When you pay an affordable price for a non-brand hotel in a big city, it's always a gamble. This hotel was nice. We were on the go, so this review isn't for those who will be laying around in the room. It's located walking distance to the Presido & Palace at Fine Arts. Lots of local coffee & sandwich shops & bars. I have only 2 negatives: (1) Parking was insane. The lot is small & 1st-come-1st-served. We had to street-park our rental car for overnight 1 night. (2) There was a musty/moldy smell in the room. Not overwhelming, but definitely there. Could be because it's close to the ocean/bay?
