Comfortable beds. Broken ice machine though.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Comforter had many holes from cigarettes. Mold on bath floor. Coffymachine had old pod still. No breakfast tho it said they would have. Lamp shades badly stained. They said they not been paid by agoda so charged again. Over night payment showed up so I went to office. They said they could see the payment so over payment would be corrected. Never was. Tried to call but phone number had changed. Have disputed that to my cc. Staff was inexperienced and not able to help. Music and singing from somewhere kept us awake 1:30 to 4 am. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Homeless man sleeping under steps by our room. Trash outside everywhere.

The owner lied and overcharged my card. Dirty and whole place smelled like cigarettes!
