Shower heater does nit work after 20 minutes of usage. For Asians likes us, taking a bath after a long days means a lot. My sister and I had to endure taking a bath using cold water.

This hotel was an absolute disgrace. The front desk staff was blatantly rude and tried to charge us nearly double the amount for so-called “cleaning fees.” When we showed proof from our Agoda booking that all taxes and fees were already included, the staff dismissed it and arrogantly claimed we were “uninformed about the normal rules.” He spoke down to us and said he had “other guests to deal with,” refusing to let us check in. This happened around 9 PM, leaving our family — including young children — stranded in a cramped lobby with our luggage. After nearly an hour of back-and-forth with Agoda, our booking was finally cancelled and we had to find another place to stay late at night. This experience was completely unacceptable. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property entirely.

We stayed for one night with our kids . After finding the place we did the check in and went to visit the city . 5 min walk from the train station so it was convenient for us . Probably if you are looking for a fancy hotel this will not be your option. Good location
