25.04.26 very modern, and convenient to subway and Sea World. Sea World has lots of restuarants and night life
25.04.22 Late evening on the first night there was no power in the room and had to wait 2 hours for repairs. No alternative room was offered.
24.12.11 I've stayed here perhaps 20 times over the last decade. The staff manager, Ms Fish, is incredible. Amazing location..always clean, always comfy.
24.09.12 The location is good. However the first experience with the front desk guy was unpleasant. I booked a different larger room and he gave me a smaller room. Was tired and didn't realise. After went to the room, opened my app and saw the picture was different. Went back down, they acted like they were right. The system in Agoda was bad. Agoda didn't update the picture. Then I further showed them the price difference and they said okok I'll change the room for you. Unsure what was the intention.
On the other hand, there were 2 ladies from the office assistance a lot on suggestion travel options to Hong Kong.
Well will I stay again, mmm search for other option and if none, why not. Had a good night sleep too.
Place needs a renovation and things to be changed. Reminds me of cheap motel scene we watch on the TV. But the price isn't.
