The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable

We not allowed to having breakfast at the international breakfast restaurant,even though we showed to the front desk of the restauran our coupon,they forced us to join the indonesian group at HM restaurant.ignored our explaination,that we paid our stay include breakfast,quite big amount for 5days stay.we complained to the reception,then they call the restaurant desk we are malaysian,and entitled to get the international breakfast.our sad frustrated were,the front desk of international restaurant (R),not so alert about which one come with group(agent) or which one cone in private.Need more alert,thats all.thanks

Everything was exceptional about our stay

No hotel by this name not find it and need to return the money I go to the hotel they told me no deal with Agoda and this hotel already change the name
