26.05.30 The hotel grounds was beautiful and the connected path to the garden was awesome! The hotel and garden was the highlight of my stay.
Room was big and comfortable. Only that we paid extra for the garden view but our view was not really good. Facing other rooms and only a small garden. Was hoping for a better view.

26.05.30 Was in Suzhou for a day trip and decided to stay the night here. Was blown away by how the hotel was designed; traditional palace-looking design which definitely won’t be forgotten by anyone who stays here.
Staff was alright, but they didn’t even offer to bring us to our room. Just passed us the card and told us the directions to go. Although I’m okay with finding my the room by myself, it wasn’t what I expected from a well-established hotel like Pan Pacific.
Though, their shower is kinda old, water seeps out through the corner into the dry toilet and is a hassle to clear up. Walls are really thin as well, can hear kids running in the corridors or in their rooms even late at night.
26.05.29 This hotel is great. Love the aesthetics in and out. Jerry assisted us with the check-in and he was very friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to a suite room, the room was clean and beautiful. We also topped up RMB68 each for hotel buffet breakfast. Hotel guests also get complimentary entry to the tourist attraction (Pan Men) right beside the hotel. Will return.
