Front dssk staff in the morning was quite rude in asking my partner to register for the stay. The bedsheet is not clean. I got multiple insect bites on my body. Stained bedsheets as well. Room is very different from the photo.

Paid *** for one night. Bare minimum room with photos unpublished during booking. Room is reasonably clean but tiny with no study table. Room has poor sound insulation from corridor right outside. Hotel lobby is basically a reception counter with no seating places. Check out time of 11am can be improved to 12pm instead and affected my Web meeting.

Location and room needs (has a bidet, proper aircon, clean beds) were met but what we didn't like were the following: - Rude staff upon check-in - only when my partner showed his SG passport did she soften up in terms of communicating to us - Carpet in the room seems a bit old, would be best if this was non existent bec we felt there were dust or molds on it - No elevator when we went up to our room - a bit of a hassle bec we had a luggage with us But for the price, this is decent if your goal is just to sleep in the room for a few nights.
