Room : super clean, spacy, the bed type is firm (i would love to have medium). The plug is international type, my charger doesnt need additional extension. This is why i always book international chain hotel !! But unfortunately, all the receptionists and room service cant speak english, even a little (other reason i book intl chain hotel is also i dnt wanna have language barrier). I asked simple questions, and ended up with google translate. 🥲 like come on Westin..

I stayed for one night due to a flight transit in Fuzhou. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay with a great rest. The front office staff on duty on 3 January 2026 were excellent and assisted me a lot in arranging the airport transfer. They were all very helpful and generous.

LANGUAGE: most of the staff has difficulties understanding English. after being overcharged by mistake by a female clerk, a male clerk apologized and offered me fruit to my room. that was ok BUT until I wait for the fruit 45 minutes. then i had to go out, he forgot to send the fruit, then the fruit came when it was no longer needed. SHOWER :the shampoo and hair conditioner are very low quality leaving my hair dry and looking like I did not use hair conditioner at all, even i applied a lot. BREAKFAST: Most of it was ok, but the cheese doesnt have a cover so all the cheese looks dried as it is exposed, most of the pastries were hard and dry. very diffucult to spread honey and syrup, maybe on purposu to save honey. juice isnt squeezed, coffee tasted very roasted and acidic. the elevators closed the door on my face few times as the timing is too short, so when u see it and run to it the doors close on your face. ALL SMALL DETAILS THAT WHEN ADDED UP CREATES A WHOLE FEELING OF NOT 5 STARS. WALLS: accusting islolation is very poor, you easily hear other people's room activities. for example i head my neighbor singing in the shower, like he was singing inside my room, very loud and clear and the man wasnt actually screaming. just normal shower singing

Good location, convenient to everywhere. Big room. Nice Service.
