26.04.21 I've travelled a lot and this is the first time this has ever happened to me, at first the staff gave me a key that didn't work , and they have me a key which worked and when we opened the door the room was already occupied !!! Luckily the staff was with me when this happened they did not even apologise and said that it was technical issue. Can't believe that this could happen at Wnydham. And this hotel is a good 25 minute walk to the niagra viewpoint so if you are booking this hotel expecting it is close to everything it is not !
26.04.18 everything was perfect I liked it Stuff was very kind respectful The cleaning was perfect and the security guy the name was Joe I think was very good man thank you guys thank you
