Very good hotel and the location is in the heart of Interlaken City.

Very accessible location, near shops, restaurants and Interlaken West station. Staff is accommodating. Room is clean.

Stayed at Hotel Toscana during my trip to Interlaken. One small issue we noticed was that the kettle seemed a bit burnt, and when we boiled water the taste was slightly unusual. However, after informing the front desk, they promptly provided a replacement, which was great. The hotel is also quite old-school, they provide a physical key for the room instead of a key card, which might feel a bit dated for some travellers. That said, this is one of the more affordable hotels in the area, so overall there are really no major complaints. The stay was comfortable and it offers good value for money if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in Interlaken.
