3. 디포짓 500HKD를 사전 안내도 없이 체크인 시 강제로 받습니다.
4. 24일 12~3시 사이 체크인 시 데스크 안경낀 여직원의 불친절과 보복성 대응에 불쾌했습니다.
5. 조식의 수준은 거의 쓰레기 수준에 짜서 위와 신장에 무리가 올 수있는 수준입니다.
대부분이 중국인이 숙박하는 곳 처럼 보입니다.
6. 3성급에도 못미치고 킹사이즈 베드가 무척 좁으며 방이 좁아(19m2) 캐리어 펴기에도 부족한 듯합니다.

Our couple stayed in room *** of the Fortuna Hotel for two nights. I would like to share the nightmare experiences below.
If you make a reservation for Agoda ($***/two nights)
1. Unlike the notice that there is a bathrobe, there is no such thing.
2. I informed you that there is a casino, but there is none.
3. Depot 500HKD is compulsory upon check-in without prior notice.
4. Check in between 12 and 3 o'clock on the 24th
