staff were very kindly and nice and they also spoke English as well

It is walking distance to Jing’an and to Nanjing West. Also quite a number of cafes, bars and eateries around.

We initially ran into an issue with this Agoda booking but staff were were accommodating and patient towards a solution. As for the facilities, the hotel is located in a great area close to trains and other popular streets nearby. Despite the central location, I didn’t have an issue with outside noise. Housekeeping staff were kind enough to catch that I accidentally left my two jackets in the closet. I would stay at City Hotel again given it’s value for the service, location, and staff!

Location is perfect. Room smells of smoke. Bathroom flooring does not have drainage hence when you shower it leaks out to the room as it doesnt come with a shower screen. Carpet in room is very dirty.

The location of the hotel was excellent. There are subway stations near the hotel. Also many shopping malls and restaurants were near too.
