We had a very nice stay. Rooms were very good. Great breakfast buffet and kind, helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was central to the main cites and shopping. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. The biggest breakfast was amazing and had a great variety of options available to choose from.

good for business traveller

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Brussels and had a seriously unsettling experience. Shortly after midnight, a man knocked loudly on my door and repeatedly ordered me to “open the door” without identifying himself. Only after I asked several times did he claim he was security, but he still refused to give a name or show any proof. His tone was aggressive, and his story kept changing — first a noise complaint, then accusing us of smoking, then suddenly saying he was the manager. He demanded I open the door fully and even told me to follow him to reception if I wanted his business card. At no point did he act professionally or reassure us. I felt unsafe for the rest of my stay, unsure whether staff might come to the room again. What should have been a birthday trip turned into a very stressful experience. The staff behaviour was completely unacceptable.

Great location, boutique hotel so do not expect spacious room. Close to major attractions. Subway is just steps away.
