Large pool, everything about the place is great

Room was ok, however it seemed a little run down, the pool was great and the hotel rent our motorbikes. The staff was friendly but spoke little to no english, so communication was slightly difficult

The rooms are lacking power outlets and switches. The condensation on the drain lines and water seepage from the ceiling in the bathroom.

Me and my sister stayed here for 3 days. None of the staff speaks English. Some not even Thai. And the lady at the reception was extremely slow. We had to give a deposit for the key which was not mentioned anywhere, but that’s not super dramatic. In our room the bathroom was still dirty with hair around the toilet and the shower holder was broken. The bed is hard as a rock. And one day the temperature button of the AC stoped working. Since it was late at night we couldn’t find someone to help us so we had to sleep in the heat. Next day it got fixed but then the buttons for the fan didn’t work anymore. There are bo places to hang your towels after showering or your swimsuit or just anything to dry. The pool was also a bit dirty but the only positive point was that the pool was always empty. The breakfast is not suitable for vegetarians/vegans unless you want to eat watermelon and toast and tomatoes. For me the worst part was that I was mentioned in the hotel amenities that there’s a beach and also it said “great beach access”, whereby the next beach was a 1 hour walk. Great access. Of course we neither got a refund from Agoda or help from the hotel. Or even an answer from the hotel. Don’t book there.

We stayed here in January, certain members of staff were rude,they just didn't care. I told them our sink was blocked 4 times and all I got was a shrug. The location is terrible, away from everything.We left 3 days early,couldn't stand it any longer.The room was filthy
