22.04.21My room was very dirty, windows, smelly toilets, all broken showers, ceramic, the taps felling out on your hand , the toilets drains are disgusting and dangerous because is open and you walk on top of it,in the shower and outiside,a peace of metal covering dirty drain the sink half broken has been repared, air conditioner is more old then my gran mother, and dosent work, I felt very bad after used once,because of the noise and the dusty room, I was there for one week,and have a big problem to do the check in, disorganised stuff,it took 1h 30 for them to find my booking, blaming me,enventualy they found my booking already paid for. after 14 hours flights I was very tired and want to sleep, so I asked them to make a phone call to the cia from who I booked from and been told that I have souve my own problem,and the problem wosent main,it was they falt. Disappointed and very upsetting situation. Great breakfast good stuff,also very helpfull, unfortunately I have to stay in that hotel till last day of my booking or loose my money, I couldn’t changed, but never ever again.
