To be honest had a few problems arriving with some noise from renovations (hotel upgrades) BUT THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!!! TRULY CARES ABOUT US!! THEY DID NOT TRY AND BLAME US ! Or make us feel bad about our complaint. In stead very very professional understood our concern and moved us and even tried to upgrade us!!!! They were extremely patient and understanding of ALL our needs and concerns as we have special needs child. And they were very accommodating!! Always helpful (including the cleaning ladies by the way!!). Very impressed with how the hotel is run so professionally!!!! It's clean! Air conditioned rooms. 3 min walk to a great shopping mall! I would highly recommend the stay here. It's not super upscale but nice. And will fill most everyone's needs. The breakfast is ok. One piece of feedback. Is I hope they will learn to change the breakfast every day or two. If staying long it gets very repetitive they should change at least some of the options every day or two. I really enjoy the staff truly caring about their customers and willing to do almost anything for us. I even had trouble rebooking online because my payment card was trying to verify my ph# which I had no access to. And the staff willingly and friendly helped me book at the same online price I found cheaper. They understood the difficulty we had and instead of being difficult they helped!!!!!!! Amazing!! Hi respect to this Brazilian staff and professional business!!

Hotel is good and provide clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is also very helpful. Breakfast is very good for the size of the hotel. Location wise is very niche, maybe not the best depending on your schedule but well located for convenient access to mall and other shops

Price is higher. But its a good hotel

Never again. I have no idea why I stayed here again, maybe I like torturing myself 😆

This had been truly one of my worst experiences throughout my whole travels, if not the worst. Staff were normal, not welcoming or anything extra. The room ok, it can definitely do with an upgrade, tiles were old and tired, mold on the ceiling, beddings had lots of long strands of hair. Like I said it can do with a bit of work. Pool is tiny, as expected, sauna is available but will only get turned on on request. Views were lovely but only on the top two floors. Sleep was terrible, early in the morning I got woken up suddenly to the sounds of maintenance work getting done right above my bed. When I asked about it, staff just shrugged and said yeah it's happening, but there was no mention of it during check in or any other time which is very unprofessional, and the sound just grew louder and louder, and gave me one of the worse headaches throughout the day. Here's the funny thing is, I called to request to turn on the sauna ( yeah it's crazy using a sauna in summer, but....) and they did, I went up used the sauna, and finished to ho back to my room and have a shower, but of course I should've expected it with this shambles hotel, they actually had the water cut off throughout the day for the works. This just shows how greedy they are at the expenses of the comfort of their guests
