I was a bit discouraged by some of the reviews, but the hotel was better than expected. The location is ideal for exploring the city. While the design isn't particularly modern, the room was spotless. Even though my room faced the street, it was very quiet at night. This is also one of the few hotels at this price point that offers a proper shower cubicle.

A very affordable and super located hotel, very friendly staff, rooms quiet and with all necessary needs, breakfast just fine with enough variety.

Money for value and perfect location

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This is situated in the city center of Sofia. In walking distance many eateries and cafes, Mc Donalds is available. Metro station is also very nearby. Rooms appear a bit old. However, it was clean and spacious with air conditioning. 24 hour front desk staff was there. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast here. The breakfast spread was really good. St Alexander Nevski Cathedral was 10-12 minutes walking distance from this hotel. The hotel staff can arrange day trip tours. Overall it was a good experience at this hotel. We ll recommend this hotel.

Great location. Nice old hotel, has an elevator and a pretty good breakfast. Staff is great. There are security boxes at the front desk. The beds were not good however!! But the room and the bathroom were just fine.
