Very old motel/inn style but staff was great. Had all the basics and breakfast with make your own waffles. Cleanliness gets low marks but otherwise great for a short cheap stay.

This is your run of the mill super budget North American Motel. IDK what else to say about it. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, Room was clean enough (dated and beat up, borderline falling apart) But clean nonetheless. I think it cost me all of 70 bucks and hey it's a HoJo what can I say. Stayed here for a night because my flight wasn't arriving until midnight and I didn't want my friend to have to make the 2 hour drive thru the mountains to come get me during the middle of the night. And for that, a cheap place to shut your eyes until morning comes. It did that job just perfectly. Would I recommend it to a family coming to experience BC or Canada in general for a vacation? Absolutely not, But if you just need a spot to sleep this is your spot right here. I will also mention that while appearing to be in a pretty seedy part of town it was quiet all night, and there were no strange characters lurking around the property as is common in this sort of establishment. 10 HoJo's outta 10, would crash again.
