25.12.30 Family of five stayed here for Christmas break and the hotel was everything we could asked for
It was close to lift , room was clean and had a small kitchenette that has everything we needed
Also, all the staffs were so nice and accommodating
25.12.28 They didn’t clean the rooms other than making the bed and emptying garbage. I accidentally got a.stain of dirt on the bed from my pants but they didn’t replace it. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. Which was disappointing because I had stayed there in the past and it was fine. I found 2/3 of the staff at the front desk to be helpful and friendly, the other gave me a major attitude when i questioned the breakfast. Also, she gave me an attitude when I walked in with my skis to take them to the garage to put them in my car. I’m not a child, I know what I’m doing! Where else was I supposed to go?
25.10.20 Nice place, next to the village. Saw deer outside the hotel. Breakfast was basic, hard boiled eggs were cold, and there was toast.
25.10.10 It would be great if they could provide options for firmer mattresses to save me from my back sore.
