25.01.02Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Jerry Sun, was exceptionally courteous and helpful at all times. We really appreciate that.
However, we were disappointed with breakfast. It did not cater to non-Chinese guests. Other similar hotels offer danish pastries, cakes, eggs, omlettes, pancakes, cheeses etc. This was missing.
Here are a few suggestions:
In addition to ping pong, the hotel should also look into providing facilities such as American Pool, air hockey, a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam room, and a heated swimming pool.
Inside the rooms, the hotel could provide tea and coffee with creamer.
Some hotels we've stayed at also include a coffee machine in the room.
Another suggestion we have is that the hotel should also have more dining choices with Western/Continental/Asian options.
23.09.26 We were upgraded to suite, great hospitality and view, the only thing to criticize is it's quite remote from the city center👍
