I stayed at this property with my wife on May 1, 2022 and the front desk officer was like a statue and he did not smile even a single time. No greetings and no information was provided by him. On the day of check out the check out time was 11 AM and they keep calling my room and keep asking that check out time is 11 AM so please vacant the room before 11 AM and that was really annoying. Why they keep calling me to leave room early. I stayed at Niagra Falls at same property and their staff was very humble, firendlt and cooperative and they welcomed us with a great smile. Even I request them that I wanted to check out a bit late and they said no issue you can check late.
