26.04.06The location is just 2 min walk to metro Saint Sébastien F ( M8) and the Junior suit is spacial and clean with microwave and Refrigerator , and electric stove . House keeping is efficient. Staff are friendly and supportive . Airport access was convenient adding to overall positive experience for Paris excursion .

26.03.28We travel with kid . The room is so comfortable with electric stove , electric pot , microwave . We stay Junior suit type . Hotel location is very closed to Metro 3 min walk which is comfortable to travel around .
The staffs is so helpful . We will come back to stay again next week .
26.03.25Stayed for a night, regretted of choosing this property. Generally, I do not write constructive reviews as such, but this one was worth mentioning. Had to roam around with the large suitcase between building blocks to find my room as there was no luggage assistance offered upon check in. Surprisingly, there were staff members around - they just don’t care to offer a help. Upon getting out from elevator was nearly pushed by a huge housekeeping trolley - they did not look beyond their tray to notice a customer.
The night before checking out called Reception and asked for a luggage pick up, to be hung up with the remark “Wait”. Had to call back, realized they struggle speaking in English, attempted to clarify if they understood my request. Was told “Wait, someone is coming now”. Verbiage could be improved here. But not only that! Waited for nearly 20 minutes to realize no one was coming to pick up the luggage. Never mind - called Reception in the morning, repeated the same for third time. Response was “What is your room number”. Surprised they can’t see it by default as other hotels would do normally, I asked if they are unable to see my room displayed on the telephone to get the response “No. That’s why I am asking for your room number”.
Courtesy and manners require some work here. Was asked twice if I am the part of the group booking, and had to repeat myself twice. Attention to details and listening? Never heard of.
In a nutshell, paid USD 250+ for nothing but my own follow ups, hang ups, repeated questions and frustration.
Obviously, do not recommend this hotel unless you would like to experience the same hospitality.
26.03.17Very impolite front office team, the reception and the reservations team mismanaged our booking, very unorganzied for a hotel of this caliber. Some Vietnamese or Asian front office guy was super rude we had to shout at him and call management because he tried to tell us that we had to wait for hours when we had already had discussions with the reservations team, he was rude and needs a hotel hospitality lesson.
