25.12.09Very close to Metro and some supermarkets (daily needs). In a neat residential area with not much to look around. Has a couple of decent eating joints and salons around
25.05.02The hotel was more than 30 minutes cab ride from the city. The room had NO case rack, had to put my case on the floor, no dresser, could not unpack, breakfast was not available, for ages, then came in bits and pieces, not full breakfast as expected, thought no one was coming in. Said it would be better the next morning. The shower was so small could hardly move, the doors did not shut completely the bedside light kept flickering. Checked out the next day although paid in full for 4 nights. The night staff spoke absolutely no English, so was unable to answer questions. There was no bar, NO WIFI. At the very least I feel there should be some compensation as it certainly did not live up to the photos or description.
I am very concerned as I have booked with you for Rio, perhaps I should reconsider and look elsewhere.
I am looking forward to your comments.
24.08.27We were met with a deserted reception/hotel with only a note from the receptionist asking us to call the hotel - which we did - no reply.
After 4 hours (FOUR) of haning about, tired and hungry and increasingly frustrated, I left my own note for any staff who might turn up with my contact number and we left for food. No one was able to help us. Any emails or enquiries or calls we made met a dead end. Eventually the night staff made contact, explaining the situation and being very apologetic - also offered us complimentary breakfast. He was very professional at least.
We booked through Agoda who listed Swimming pool (indoor) and Sauna as two amenities - neither existed. HUGELY disappointed
The room is basic and small with very little above bare essentials available. There was dust on the walls and it didn't smell fresh.
The location was the only plus - nice, quiet area and close to a Metro stop.
The staff we did see ( very rarely) were polite. Don't think I would return.
24.05.23Average location. But very small rooms for the price and severe lack of facilities. Rude staff
22.07.12The hotel is 5 min walk max from the Anatole France Metro Station, this is very handy. From the hotel you can arrive in most Paris attractions within 30 mins in comfort. The minibar at the ground floor has a reasonable pricing and the drinks are chilled, I really like that, service is also good.
What deducting points is the breakfast which I think is a bit too simple, with almost no hot dishes option at all. The room is also small but it's Paris so I'm fine. The shower area is particularly small.
One thing wrong in the description is that there's no swimming pool in the hotel nor nearby.
