Great location and rooms are kept tidy.

We have stayed there numerous times ; you can’t beat the location!! It’s a older place to stay ; but the rooms are well maintained and the grounds are fantastic

Never book here. Prepaid my room but my Mom had emergency so my wife arrived without me. Would not let her into room without a credit card for 1600 deposit

First off, I have to hand it to the hotel, the location is amazing. Steps from the infamous Playa Norte. Couldn't ask for more as far as location goes if you are looking to be downtown and on the beach. SECONDLY, I don't know who to blame, but, it is advertised as "Free WIFI in ALL ROOMS". This is simply not true. There is, in fact, NO WIFI in ANY ROOM. They have Wifi in the office area and restaurant. This is perfect for the traveler who doesn't have to work remotely and or care about having access to free wifi opposed to using their own cell data. My only issue, is that there IS NO REFUND available. Amazing location, not so amazing marketing on Agoda or the Hotels behalf.

This place is located in the best beach in Isla Mujeres, the facilities are simple but beautiful, and there’re tons of restaurants around the area.
