However, be ready. If you gonna buy a "deal" like room+breakfast - you migh not get the last one. Just because in their system you didn't buy any (like you payed only for the room without breakfast). Even if you will show them email conformation where you can clearly see in benefits "breakfast" - they doesn't care, because their system is right, not the customer. No apologise, no exuces, nothing. You are wrong. Not them. Even the fact, that on the key-card is written "breakfast included" doesn't make any sence for them, because according to the man who was working at the buffet - all the cards is the same! Voila! For all the rooms, no matter if you have/don't have breakfast - they all are the same! What a magic! What a service!
Moreover, the breafast time is 7.30-10. Which means even if I'll come for breakfast at 9.50 there shoud be something I could shoose from. Forget. Probably you need to get up at 6.30 and start to queue at 7 to be able to grab something hot like an omlette. Otherwise, the only hot "meal" you will get is tea or coffee. All these "beauty" for price of 6 euro on top. Just don't waste you time and extra money, it doesn't worth the price. You can find a better place for breakfast in Vilnius.
I really hope that not many people will face (or maybe faced already) with the same situation. This is really unpleasant and unnaceptable behaviour from the staff to their customers. It's hotel responsobility to make sure that all the offered deals are relevant. It's not customer fault who payed for benefits using provided deals and encountered as the deal is not exist anymore. By the way what is the actual problem no one knows. Only the hotel or whoever is responsible for the service and all up to date information. (of course if there is one)
