Pros: - excellent location, walking distance to anything of interest in town and there is a minimart across the street - decent Khmer food breakfast buffet, and a bread and jam if you need Western style Cons: - the hotel is showing its age, the place just feels runs down and dingy - cleanliness of room was ok, but not great Decent option in the value range, but I won't be staying here again.

Clean well maintained large enough room. Bathroom had a bathtub with overhead shower. Good swimming pool but February is still too cold to use it. Breakfast had almost no western choices. Just an omelet and cereal. Expect a Cambodian style breakfast. Better maintained than most. Would stay here again

I visited Battambang for business and stay here for one night. The all staffs are very kind. Everything is valuable. But the room was a little old. They don’t have an dryer and an iron and an iron board for business man. But I think I am staying here next time as well.
