26.04.14The front desk came sprinting out to grab our bags, then provided us with tea. We had a nice view of MT Fuji. Very quiet and beautiful garden to relax and watch while in our private onsen.
Food was great and staff helped us plan our transportation to different events and next hotel.
26.03.17 하코네유모토역에서 료칸까지 가는길은 쉽지 않았지만 H2버스를 타고 하코네호텔 앞 하차후 도보5분 정도 거리에 있습니다.개별탕이 있는 룸이어서 매우프라이빗하게 사용가능하며 가이세키도 훌륭했습니다
25.12.18 Very happy with this stay. The 11 course meal was spectacular. The atmosphere, stone baths, tatami rooms, all of it made it a very special time here. Staff knew English very well.

식사 준비도 너무 섬세히, 직원들의 서비스 , 태도 너무 좋았습니다.
이부자리도 직접 준비해주시고, 너무 좋았고, 이부자리도 너무 포근하고 편했습니다.
체크아웃 하고 나오는 순간까지 너무 대접을 잘 받고 가는 느낌입니다.
다만, 위치가 위치다보니 가능하면 렌트카로 이동하시기 바랍니다.
25.11.10 We had an exceptional experience at this ryokan. The staff was extremely nice, there are several onsen both outdoors and indoors, dinner and breakfast are served in your room and they are delicious. The ryokan is also walking distance to lake ashi, where you can have a beautiful view over mt Fuji. Highly recommended.
