23.02.14 Wonderful breakfast, very spacious and nice room. Friendly staff. Only let-down was the pool out of order because of refurbishment. But still, great place.
22.12.22 하루에 두번씩 청소해주셔서 정성에 감동받았네요 ... 조식도 너무 맛있고 직원분들도 친절하셔서 여행 중에 머물렀던 숙소 중에 제일 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ
22.10.20 We stayed in Venice for 3 nights and this was a fabulous location, friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommend, will stay again in the near future!
22.09.15 Great location and staff. Our room was right on the canal and we could clearly see/hear the St Marks bells from our bed. The breakfast in the morning which was included was also very nice and had many options. Although a few times I got coffee and it was cold. The gym was by far the best out of the four other hotels that we stayed in while in Italy. The gym still was not to the standard that you would expect in the United States. The hotel overall was well above what we were expecting based off of other hotels that we had stayed in Europe. The centralized location really made it easy to go for a late night walk near all the beautiful views. When we return to Venezia we will be booking at Palace Bonvecchiati.
