애로우 호텔 인 신사이바시

The male concierge at the front desk was very rude when asked a question to the point where we almost cancelled our reservation and went somewhere else. The lady we dealt with instead was much nicer and probably the only reason we stayed. The rooms are very outdated (1990’s I’d say) and the toilet (Bidet) was broken. *You also have to take an escalator up to the2nd floor to check in but when you go down you have to go the 1st floor then a half a flight of steps. I don’t believe it would be handicap friendly if that is a need for you.*
