The staff were exemplary and so helpful about everything.

Nice hotel good breakfast. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, no service in the hotel until after 5pm for drinks. Very restricted food menu at Bar of an evening, not particularly close to restaurants. Good location for Vactican if you are able to walk.

The 2 main things for this hotel were really good, comfortable beds and good sized rooms, and outstanding breakfast. Some details make me rate the hotel 4 stars. Wifi was weak (at least in our room). Shower didn't have shower curtains. AC didn't work and fan was defective as spinning wasn't working and you could tell was in not good shape. But overall, was good location, super breakfast and we could sleep pretty well.

Beautiful place, excellent staff, easy walk to Metro. It will probably be my 'go to' for trips to Rome in the future.
