Surrounded by 3 combini. Even though there might be some difficulty communicating with staff but they will use translator device. Complimentary Coffee from coffee machine at lobby. It might be a-bit small but room is equip with Air Purifier.

The room was warm when we enter first time ,which we appreciated a lot . Ambiance lovely.

Hotel might look abit old but it does not feel run down. There is a coffee Machine at the Level 2 Reception Area. There is microwave and ice machine at the lobby of the room. Staff is very popular and patient and would use the translation device to communicate if they are unable to speak English. Surrounding has a lot of Combini, from Lawson to 7-Eleven etc. Overall it’s a cozy and clean hotel and there is air purifier in the room. Will look to stay with them after they have finish renovating the hotel in 2026!

Great location near sapporo station. Staff was really friendly although one was a bit sarcastic.
