22.09.29The staff are wonderful we were in a canal view suite in another building, it was so charming, we loved the location, close to Peggy Guggenheim. Great breakfasts to start your day off. Best stop for this location is the Accademia stop, it is only a few minutes to the hotel. Great pizza restaurant close by, quieter part of Venice, but still close enough to main attractions.
22.08.22We got it at a good budget for a family of 4 including breakfast. It was neat and comfortable. Location was by the canal with a good view of the canal and the bridge from our room. Breakfast was a small selection but yet wholesome and filling. Just make sure you don’t leave the breakfast till last minute as food that has run out wasn’t replaced for late comers
22.07.26Me and my friend stayed here as the photos looked gorgeous, location ideal and price reasonable; however we arrived after a long flight and walk to find that due to a power cut they said they contacted us about (they did not) they “relocated” us to an awful building away from the canal, loose floor boards, leaking aircon, peeling wallpaper, mould on the mirrors and carpets that were just rugs not even stuck down. Initially they even gave us the key to someone else’s room. We felt unsafe knowing the building we were in had no staff in it, facilities that looked as though they hadn’t been touched in years and the possibility anyone could just walk in our room. Don’t go here.
22.07.20Fabulous place!!!
I loved the room with a stunning view of the rooftops and the neighbourhood which is just out of the busy touristic area -
Romantic quiet streets-
Was probably my favorite area of my stay in Venice—
And it is next to some of the top sites in venice/ museums.
Next time I visit I will not hesitate to choose this spot for longer-
Thank you!!
22.06.01One where reception is located with rooms and another with just rooms. Elevator is terribly narrow. Venice is too touristy and overrated. Now, Duomo in Milan is definitely worth seeing.
