Had a wonderful stay at this motel, friendly staff and very considerate. Would recommend to anyone

This was my second stay at this location and the workers are always friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

We called to book our room last minute it was for 5 days on the phone I told the operator that I need a room for 1 with small dog and smoking, she said she can upgrade my room free of charge for being a member. When I got to the front desk to check in the worker just asked for id nothing more so I assumed that everything I requested was in the system well it wasn't the manager came up to my girlfriend while walking out dog by the 3rd day and said we have to pay another 100 for the dog or we can leave. And we had to change rooms we tried to explain that we told the operator on the phone he called us a lier and that we were being cheap and trying to get something for free that we are dishonest ppl and he shouldn't even allow us at his hotel well after that comment I was livid and I packed our things and checked out.. they kept our deposit and we left 2 days early lost that as well
